I am extremely disappointed with our stay overall. The property was in a state of disrepair with numerous issues, but since we were there for work, we didn't have the time or energy to address them. However, upon check-out, we were shocked to be charged for damaged items. The sofa was already torn when we checked in, and a soap dispenser broke the moment we touched it. The host demanded $50 for the dispenser, which is outrageous considering you can easily find one on Amazon for less than $20. Also don’t expect for check in instruction: we had to ask for it on a day of check in which I find very unconsidered. I strongly advise against staying here, as you may end up being charged for things you didn't damage.

This house was the worst AirBB I have ever stayed in. First of all, we arrived and the windows were all open or unlocked and none of them had any shades and you can see in both daytime and night time. No privacy stall. There were two other cars parked in the driveway the whole time so my car and my guests car had to park in the grass, and this was not communicated. The windows were dirty, you can see the dirt like hadn’t been cleaned in months. The fridge doors were dirty, the two sofas had torn cushions as though a dog or cat spend a lot of time on them. The patio had no door, the kitchen was dirty, pit holders stained, the fridge doors dirty, pet hair on sofas, a random towel thrown on floor, the bed sheets were stained, No soap no guest toiletries, Bedroom door doesn’t close, RV in the back yard seems like someone living there. The shower in bedroom did not work. It did not smell clean at all. This place as absolutely unkept and dirty. I have pictures! I want a refund!

Fabiola was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Home is still slowly under going construction to the back patio and yard but the home itself was great. Small bathrooms but room size was perfect. Beds super comfortable. Felt right at home and she allowed us to make it our own while we stayed.
