Access the rest of Toronto with the TTC, Union Station, and underground P.A.T.H. nearby. You will have a wide selection of the finest dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment. Starbucks is also located in the building. You’ll feel at home in this luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, which sleeps up to 4 people comfortably! Perfect for groups, couples, families, and those in town for business. The bright and airy living room has amazing views and a large flat-screen 55" TV!! It is a great place to relax or entertain. In addition to choices of restaurants nearby, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cookware, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything for your cooking needs. Both bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and there is a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space. There is also a dedicated workspace in the bedroom makes it easy for you to work from the unit! You can also enjoy the private balcony and relax on the outdoor table and chairs. An ensuite washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps are all provided during your stay! Looking forward to hosting you!

Hilary's place is beautiful and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. It is steps away from major tourist sites and close to streetcars, making it easy to get around town. Hilary was a wonderful host. She provided clear instructions, including videos showing how to find the building and the parking garage. She was also quick to respond to our questions. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
my friends and i decided to stay here for a weekend in toronto. overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but we had some concerns — 1. the balcony “flooring” tiles came apart surprisingly easily, and we noticed that they could’ve fallen off the balcony to the park below which was a safety hazard. 2. several cigarette butts were left on the balcony, which didn’t make us feel great about cleanliness 3. if anyone is planning on using the couch, sitting or sleeping, you will not be comfortable. it is massively sunken in and not cushioned. 4. the beds were spring beds, which weren’t very comfortable and were pretty noisy. what we DID like is the area was close to union & lots of things to do. it was a convenient spot, and the designated free parking is good. the primary bathroom & shower were nice, and we liked that there was laundry in unit. the final issue i had was being pressured by the host to give a 5 star reviews multiple times, urging me not to talk about issues publicly.
Hilary’s is a great host and her apartment is amazing! I was very happy spending my time there and appreciated how well Hilary communicated, would definitely go again.

There are also boutique shopping and restaurants along King West’s Fashion and Entertainment Districts, Queen Street music and shows, and outdoor activities along Toronto’s waterfront!
The area is great for walking to discover the city.
You will be staying right beside the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre! Only a 10 minute walk to Union Station where all of your transit needs can be found- streetcars, subway, and buses.
Bixi bike rentals are available near the building all summer long.
