This BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom is part of a historic building and includes 14 foot ceilings, crown molding, beautiful Georgian columns and mature trees out front. Located on a peaceful street, it's only two blocks away from tasty eateries and the hip bars of central Oak Lawn. With two parking spaces and easy access to zipcar, uber, train, and bus, this is a great and beautiful location to explore the metroplex. This historic home has vintage hardwood tile floors upstairs, 14 foot ceilings with crown molding, two fireplaces, and elegant recessed lighting. Because it's an end unit the bedrooms have windows on multiple sides and get a ton of beautiful natural light. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom in the hall that comes with a bathtub, shower, and a lovely skylight so you can enjoy even more natural light during the day. Downstairs is a small private back patio, a large shared front patio, cozy living room with brand new carpet, and a well equipped kitchen. We're excited to host visitors in this beautiful space.

Very comfortable place to stay with lots of great restaurants near by.
Kevin is a great host super helpful and responsive during my long term stay. Unit is in a great location 5min walk to Katy trail not a bad walk to the downtown area from there and 10min walk to west village. I will be rebooking!
The location is great for restaurants and night life. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful and checked on us regularly over our six month stay. We loved the neighbors and the “community” feel of the property. I would highly recommend for future stays.
Kevin is a great communicator, very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Response time to my messages were always immediate. Kevin is very friendly, patient and helpful with our move in and our move out. Anytime we needed anything purchased (ie. air conditioner filters, light bulbs), he used Amazon to overnight items right to the front door or delivered them to us personally. This is a great condo with 2BR and 1.5 BA and it was perfect for my husband and I while our new home was being built. Large, spacious rooms with decent size closets. (Remember, we stayed her for several months and brought a lot of our personal and day to day items with us). Fully kitchen with full size washer and dryer. There is a cute little patio in the back, covered parking that holds 2 cars parked tandem style. It is everything you need, including a fantastic and helpful host!

Dallas's Oak Lawn neighborhood is fun, hip, and safe with a variety of great restaurants, lively bars, and green spaces like Turtle Creek Park and the Katy Trail only a few blocks away. The trendy neighborhoods of Uptown, Deep Ellum, Knox Henderson, and Victory Park are only a short trip away and, with easy access to the toll road and a DART station, you have full access to the entire metroplex.
The property is one block away from the Dallas tollway and is one block away from a bus stop. Love field is less than 4 miles away, downtown is less than 2 miles away, and uptown is 1 mile away. You should be able to get to most central dallas points of interest for well under $15 if you're taking rideshare, and you can buy a reusable transit pass for $3 that works on all of the DART busses and trains for up to half a day.

Hi! My name is Kevin and I work with Oak Lawn Services to help Dallas visitors with their medium term housing needs. I'm originally from the East Coast but have been enjoying Dallas for over 3 years. I've traveled all over the world (lots of it through airbnb) and I love hosting visitors and helping them settle into the Dallas area. Definitely ask me about the best Mexican and Tex Mex (there's a difference) when you come to Dallas but feel free to ask me about anything else too.
