This unique accommodation has its own personality. Located just 10 minutes walk from the Joaquín Sorolla Station and 20 from the center. Well connected, metro and bus stop very close. With all the comforts of a neighborhood: shops, market, hospital... We have taken care of even the smallest detail, both in the reform and in the decoration, so that your stay is perfect. Fully equipped and with a small and intimate patio, ideal to enjoy with family or friends! The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, one interior and one exterior, each with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, the house has an ideal patio to enjoy a coffee in the morning or an evening with friends.

整体设计和装修都非常棒，和图片没有差别所见即所得，2个卧室都有洗手间，非常方便。 所有餐具、家电也都一应俱全，且几乎是崭新的。 小问题是临街，晚上摩托车飞驰的声音会比较明显，楼上楼下有人进出楼栋也听的比较清楚，靠内的卧室即使关着窗晚上也会听到楼下传来的印度音乐。 整体来说还是很棒的公寓！
Nice apartment, located less than 5 min walk from the metro station. It was very clean and comfortable. Apartment has everything you may need.

Heel mooi appartement! Mooie kamers met eigen badkamer, heerlijke bedden en beddengoed. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Appartement ligt in een minder toeristische buurt, maar metro ligt op wandelafstand, dus alle bezienswaardigheden zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Julio is een vriendelijke host die snel op al je vragen antwoordt. Een aanrader als je naar Valencia gaat.

It is a quiet neighborhood but with a lot of life!
You can use both the METRO (Patraix Station) and the BUS. Furthermore, the city of Valencia is completely flat and is very well connected by bike lanes, so pedaling is always a good option to discover the city!
