The house is beautiful and very nice! Updates in bathrooms and home were excellent. House was very very comfortable and clean. The property is again very very nice, well maintained and lots of history with old structures which gave an ore of a museum almost. I stayed in this house in a swap for a rental that was not available due to unexpected issues. This house was more expensive, and the host was nice enough to allow the stay at the price of the other rental. This I feel was not a decision well accepted (Understandable) as I never heard from the host during my stay. I had asked a question before arrival but got no response. Upon leaving I sent a note on things like I washed the towel yet were not dry but in dryer. I had put the trash on back porch as jester of good faith. The response was "Thanks". So, if you are looking for a very nice house and reasonable for the price this is it. The host will probably be more responsive to those who pay full price and not a swap for price.

I can’t say enough positive about our stay. We had a family gathering and the space was perfect. Everything you might need is provided. We made so many memories and didn’t want to leave. Thank you.

Great stay! We visit Hinton every year to see family and staying here made us feel like the locals and allowed us to spend more time visiting with family. The location is very convenient and the house is very spacious for bigger families like mine! Would stay here again!
