We were very pleased with the accommodations, the location, the privacy, and the security of this apartment. Luc was very welcoming, warm, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested that have a good time. We are very happy and will return.

Luc’s place was just as described. I stayed with my two adult daughters for nearly a week, and we could not have been more comfortable. Luc met us when we arrived and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. He even provided fresh croissants, fruit, water and flowers, which was so special after our overnight travel. The apartment is so nicely situated near attractions, restaurants and shopping, and was extremely quiet and safe. Having the washer and dryer was especially helpful due to the duration of our stay. It was nice to have a living room area that we used to relax together and play cards. The unit could comfortably fit four guests. The hearing worked well and the WiFi was strong. I would definitely stay at Luc’s place again on my next visit to this beautiful city.

We spent a week at Luc's apartment in early March 2024. It is a charming, comfortable space, and we were very happy there. The apartment is within easy walking distance of three metro stations, and less than a mile by foot to the Rodin, D'Orsay, and Invalides museums, the Eiffel Tower, St. Germain de Pres neighborhood, Rue Cler, and much more. The kitchen easily accommodated our breakfasts and even a few dinners we prepared. The neighborhood is very charming, and super safe as it is surrounded by embassies and governmental offices. The property backs directly to the Hôtel et Jardin Matignon, which is the residence of the French prime minister. Luc was very accommodating of our arrival schedule and welcomed us with fresh flowers and fruit. He was kind enough to check in with us a few times to ask if we had any questions or needed assistance. I would very happily stay here again.

Luc’s place is very well located, central to all major attractions in Paris. Yet, the place is very quiet and safe. The apartment is very well kept and spacious. Luc is an excellent and very responsive host. A great overall experience.
