We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The homes were gorgeous and the maid was SO HELPFUL. The driver arranged was very late however the host was so responsive and helped us get there and met us at the front door to welcome us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had a great stay! We would absolutely come back.

Service 5/5 Accuracy of what you get 3.5/5. The listing say maid included but it doesn’t tell you that the maid is actually staying in the same house as you but in her own area. Was not a problem to me but just be aware of that we knew nothing about that until Bianca said her employee introduce the maid to my first arrival guest. Secondly bring your own towels and rags. the stuff is clean but if you deep clean yourself after coming from a mud excursion or whatever they will charge you $30 for a towel. They will not tell you that until “they can’t get the towel to come clean”. The guests I had in the villa at 440 left the doors open or unlocked at one point. A/c doesn’t work in the twin bedroom downstairs. No ac in the living room area in the 516 villa it’s only in the rooms. ALL IN ALL NICE PLACE TO STAY BUT JUST BE AWARE OF THE SMALL THINGS BEFORE YOU BOOK.

Nayden was very flexible and responsive. We had a hiccup upon checking in but everyone worked together to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you Nayden for everything- hopefully we can visit again soon!

The 2 private villas were very nice and as advertised; however, the 2 villas are not colocated. One villa is diagonally across the street from the other. Cocotal Golf Course provides a very peaceful and placid atmosphere. Binca is extremely proactive and expeditious in making sure the client's requirements and reasonable requests are accommodated. I will say that the security access process could get challenging at times, depending on a given scenario.
