Come and stay with us in our newly decorated rooms in our large home, one king size bed with stylish en-suite shower room, one twin beds with own bathroom. We’re in a quiet suburb of Liverpool, 20 minutes drive from the centre, ten minutes stroll to the main bus route to Liverpool or Southport, free off-road parking at the front of the house. We’ve got a lovely garden to sit in with a pizza oven and barbecue. Little breakfast included- cooked breakfasts on request. We’d love to meet you! 1930s semi with spacious rooms and no shared bathrooms with retro decor - bedrooms on the first floor.

We had a great time at Helens‘ bed & breakfast. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated. Helen is a great host and provided us with great breakfast and gave us tips on what we could do in the area.

During my stay in Liverpool with my kids, we had the pleasure of staying at Helen and John's house. The hospitality we received reached 'mom's level,' creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The house itself was lovely, and Helen and John proved to be exceptionally friendly and interesting hosts. Communication was easy, and their assistance was invaluable. The breakfast was a highlight, with scrambled eggs on toast becoming a newfound favorite. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this accommodation with confidence. Helen and her husband John are absolutely amazing hosts so friendly. The house is gorgeous, very clean and comfortable and even better than the pictures!! The room is really big with a large ensuite. Perfect place to stay for Liverpool to be near the town and really is a lovely area. It is easy to see how they are Superhosts and marked as guest favourites you could not wish for better hosts - felt like friends. We go to Liverpool a couple of times a year and now will only book Helen's place.

We are in a quiet suburb on the northern edge of Liverpool, about a 20 minute walk to Crosby village where there are pubs, restaurants, bars and shops. Main bus routes to Liverpool are a ten minute walk away and it is a twenty minute drive into Liverpool city centre. Train stations are five minute drive away but a good 35 minute walk.
There are no parking restrictions on the street- I always reserve a single parking space on our forecourt for guests. Buses go either from the end of our road or from the main road ten minutes walk away- to either Liverpool or Southport. Train stations are a five minute drive away or a good 35 minute walk. It is a pleasant 20 minute walk to Crosby Village where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Waterloo is a ten minute drive away with lots of different places to eat and St John’s Road has lovely independent shops and cafes. Crosby beach is a ten minute drive away- about a 40 minute walk but very straightforward.

Hi there! I work part time in a local GP surgery as their secretary, I’m married to John who is a builder. We have two grown up children and have a new granddaughter and love welcoming occasional guests as our home is a bit too big for just us two! I like gardening, cooking and animals of all sorts, John likes motorcycles, cars and beers! Hope to meet you soon!
