This brand new charming double bed ensuite is perfect for singles or couples. It is the only room and bathroom on ground floor which provides extra privacy. The room is equipped with facilities like hot water kettle, coffee and selection of teas. There is very high speed WiFi, a work desk (office chair on request) and separate laundry area. The room has ample storage with fitted wardrobe and chest drawers. Ensuite bathroom is supplied with, clean luxury towels, high end toiletries, hot water, shower and a bath tub. Additional blankets, pillows, linen , towels, etc. can be provided on request. Free on-street parking is available.

Apoorva was a kind and welcoming host, the room was perfect for my needs. It is in a great location for public transport and has local shops and restaurants close by. I would happily stay again.
Easy to find, bus stop nearby and a big Aldi near the building. Host is friendly and responsive. Room and bathroom are very clean. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Apoorva’s. Excellent location, walkable distance to New Malden/Raynes Park station so easy to get to Wimbledon and then to London Victoria. There is also a bus stop just around the corner. Apoorva is an amazing host who is very kind, responsive and helpful whenever you have a query. The en-suite looks exactly the same as pictures! The room has a work desk and monitor as well. I’ll definitely book Apoorva’s place in future if I’m travelling to London 😊.

New Malden high street has some great options for food and shopping. Bentalls mall is 7 mins by bus in Kingston.
The stay is conveniently located with bus stop and supermarket a minute away, 20 minutes to Central London by train from New Malden station, direct bus to Wimbledon(London Underground and trams), 10 minutes to Richmond park and 10 minutes to Kingston centre by bus.
Street parking is free.
