If you haven’t booked at Kerry’s cabins, you are missing out. Kerry has the perfect hospitality. She cares about her guest and she always goes beyond her guests expectations. We love coming to Kerry’s!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I also got engaged at this cabin so 💍 my girlfriends and I will be here to celebrate soon. Thanks again Kerry!

Where do I start? Kerry is amazing! It was during this snow and ice chaos and she made sure pipes were not frozen, heat is on and letting us know that roads are safe! What an amazing host she is!! We enjoyed our time. Grocery store is right across so we barely left the cabin.

We stayed at the Kraken residence during mid-October for two nights. 1. Updated appliances and all the little extras that make a difference. (board games, washer/dryer, grill, coffee pods w/ coffee maker - though the coffee shop about 300 feet away was fantastic.) 2. The view alone is worth it. Hood Canal (it's a fjord, not a canal) is beautiful and plenty of wildlife to view. 3. Located directly in Hoodsport with a local market, nice shops/brewery and restaurants within 300 feet yet still feels private. 4. We drove both to Hurricane Ridge and the Hoh Rainforest (2.3hrs, 3.5 hrs) and had no problems, beautiful relaxing drives. Just some notes: - We were there in October, which is after season so most shops/restaurants had shorter hours or were closed for the season. I would love to experience it in the summer. - No cable but still has movie options (small tv but with the views, you don't need a tv.) - Bedframe is a bit squeaky, but a non-issue.

I needed a place to reset and recharge after working long hours at the office while also dealing with the loss of my significant other. Looking out at a natural body of water and hearing the ripples along the shoreline helped me to relax and heal. Staying at the Kraken without any distractions was a plus. Quiet and private. Hoodsport is a nice and quaint location as it is just the right distance for a weekend getaway. Next time, I'll try out the Commodore which has a more scenic vantage point and a little more privacy from the street. Thanks, Kerry, for making my stay a very memorable one.
