When we checked in the thermostat was at 51 degrees and I was traveling with my Uncle who was on a blood thinner and they had to walk me through on how to program the thermostat. Most upsetting was the smell of mildew or mold I am highly allergic and had to leave early due to a relapse and go get a hotel.

Was very happy about the place, a group of us stayed there for school and were very happy with the Airbnb and the host, we appreciated everything!

Eric’s place was just what we needed. Spacious, such that our party of three could have separate bedrooms, while still leaving the first floor kitchen and living room available for hanging out. Centrally located for the southern and western Philly suburbs … we were in town for a soccer tournament and college visit, and we squeezed in a visit to Valley Forge as well. Easy access to shopping and restaurants with a short drive, but the house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, perfect for walking (or running). Lastly, Eric was super-cool and helpful in helping us, after our teenager left his retainer behind, right before Thanksgiving. We had a great stay, our kid got his retainer back, and Eric is a terrific host!
