The stay here was great! It's exactly as advertised and was very clean comfortable. It was a seamless check in and check out process, Alireza was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole thing. I have no complaints, great stay and very much worth the value!

Our stay was great and smooth. The instruction for access was clear and easy to follow. The place is tidy, clean, beautiful and equipped with all amenities for short stay. We had our stay at high floor and give us a great view for the surroundings and feel of privacy. I highly recommend this place and would definitely be on my list should I go back for another short visit.

Overall 4/5 as there were some issues, but I would still recommend the place The place was clean and looked exactly like the listing. It was stocked with sufficient kitchenware, spices, laundry supplies, and bedding. Alireza’s communication was excellent. We had trouble with the key pad outside the building and the code provided did not work multiple times. We contact Alireza and he called us within 15 minutes. However the code was still not working. Eventually we got the Keycafe fob which made things easier after. Another issue we had, we did not like that the check in time was after 5pm as I felt it was inconvenient for those wanting to enjoy a full 1st day in the city, especially commuting by public transit (had to carry baggage!). Last issue, we found a small colony of ants in the kitchen by the oven. But it was not big enough to inhibit us from cooking. But definitely something to check out.

Safe and convenient student spot!
Sandwiched right between Dawson College and Concordia, both are a couple of minutes or less walking distance. The University of Montreal and McGill University are not far either, just a short bus or metro away (5-12 minutes).
Groceries, pharmacies, and other shops are directly across the street so you don't have far to go, easy and safe downtown access to what you need day to day.
And if you are in the mood for history, you are in the hub of Arts, culture, and history museums. You could pop by the Canadian centre for architecture to gain the better appreciation of the cities unique fusion of European and American influence.
