It is extremely quiet and relaxing for anyone looking to escape the hustle of the 5 Boroughs... Beach front bungalow. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a loft and lounge are on the 2nd floor Outside patio for guests to use as well as a spacious balcony with ocean views.

The beach house of Ryan is an oasis in a wonderfully unspoiled yet fully equipped part of the Rockaways. The apartment is excellent and tastefully furnished, the kitchen lacks nothing, and the beds are comfortable. But above all, the beach and the waves are only meters away. Within a few minutes' walking distance, you'll also find a subway station, a ferry station, shopping options, and restaurants/bars. We had a great time. Thank you.

Parking is public and plentiful on 109 street and the surrounding blocks. There are multiple public transportation options within 1-2 blocks: Rockaway Ferry, MTA Bus and Train service.
BIKE: Access to the Rockaway's 5.5 Mile Boardwalk is directly outside the home.
