Nestled on a hill offering breathtaking views of the region, our old restored farmhouse can accommodate up to 5 people in a natural and preserved environment. On the ground floor, you will benefit from large, bright living spaces (kitchen, living room, coworking space), a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (single beds) and a pretty library on the mezzanine. Outside, a superb terrace with garden furniture and large green spaces. The house is 160 m^2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. You have access to the following areas: equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, coworking space, mezzanine library, and laundry room. The Hameau is surrounded by a 7-hectare estate of meadows and woods. Directly adjacent to the house, you will have access to a terrace to enjoy a drink in the summer or share meals, a vegetable garden, and an orchard.

Logement situé en pleine nature et au calme. Bonne relation avec l hôte. Je déconseille l accès en voiture, l idéal en 4x4.

Camille et son mari sont des hôtes extrêmement gentils, aux petits soins pour ceux qu'ils reçoivent. Ma famille a été choyée et est ravie de son séjour ☺️ Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible entouré de beaux paysages et de charmantes attentions, vous y serez très bien !

Hiking trails through the Perche Sarthois bocage start directly from the house. In the summer, you can also go swimming in the La Ferté Bernard lake.
Overlooking the charming village of Nogent le Bernard, you can walk to the center of the village to discover its few shops: community cafe, butcher, bread deposit, weekly fruit and vegetable market, hairdresser.
