Sunsets are amazing, especially from the pasture above the driveway. if you enjoy steelhead or salmon fishing, the famous Harpster Hole on the South Fork of the Clearwater River is just two miles away at the bottom of Wall Creek Rd! Swimming and kayaking are also popular activites. For an offroad adventure, the historic Elk City Wagon Road is only minutes away in Clearwater. Highway 13 in either direction from Harpster is a designated Idaho Scenic Byway with numerous historical markers about the Nez Perce Indian wars and the Lewis and Clark expedition. And world-class hunting, fishing, and whitewater rafting on the Salmon and Snake Rivers are only two hours away!
