My booking got canceled while I was on the way there. Replacement was offered, it was a place with NO other furniture, except beds. No closets, no bedside table, not even hooks to hang my coat!!! It was shocking, as Airbnb is supposed to be a home away from home... For starters, when I got there, I couldn't get into the apartment. The host didn't answer the phone at all. Then I emailed her through the Airbnb site. It took another half an hour for the host to get back to me - turned out the code I was given was incorrect to begin with! Also, when I got there, it turned out there was no free parking as that was one of my booking criteria. The host suggested I park on the street - Pay and Display for a week... The apartment was clean, but there was a severe cleaning chemical smell and the window in the room didn't open! The whole thing was a terrible experience and I do not recommend it. Airbnb customer service ambassador luckily sorted it all out for me.

Great host, good location. Bit sparsely furnished and kitchen didn't have much equipment. Was perfect for us who just needed somewhere to stay for a few days while our flat was repaired.
