Overall we enjoyed the place! The pros - very clean and close to everything. Host was communicative. We were able to walk to get groceries, coffee, multiples meals, and even the beach. The hosts provided snacks and wine, so cute! Couch and bed were super comfy. Loved the little fire place in the bedroom. The cons - Was kind of hard to find, door before is 200 and door after is 210, nothing on the door other than a key pad that told us we were in the right place. Stairway and hallway have a funky smell, luckily no hint of it in the actual place. Neighborhood is kind of questionable, people sleeping in their cars and dealing drugs, definitely didn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere by myself. Lastly, walls are so so thin. The second night there were a few people in one of the other units and we could hear them all night long. The footsteps were so loud a couple times we thought they were in our room. Would stay again!

We had a great stay! the apartment was clean, kitchen tools and spices were useful, and felt like home. The thoughtful touches such as snacks, things to do brochures, wine, beach towels were nice! A couple things we weren't a fan: main entrance is very easy to miss, short shower door left the top of my head bleeding, streetside parking.

I had such a nice week long stay in this comfortable, modern and well equipped apartment! I was impressed by how many small details the hosts thought of, things like a sound machine in the bedroom and a fully stocked coffee area. I will be visiting the area again and would definitely liked to stay here in the future!
