Centerally located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep you will be welcomed at Misty's. (named after the resident cat). We are an easy walk from the lagoon beach, cafes/resturant/& supermarket. Two Rocks Marina/Pub is a short drive away. You will have the EXCLUSIVE use of Misty' downstairs which includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard and the lovely alfresco area which leads to the SHARED backyard. Reverse cycle air con/heating for year round comfort. Come and enjoy the vibe at Misty's. Walk through the botanic courtyard to the entrance of Misty's (named after my resident cat). You will be welcomed into a naturally bright open plan home. Mum and Dad's can make themselves comfortable in the private parent retreat off the lounge. Comprising of a large room with bed, reclining couch, a tv, which has wifi. You can connect to your Netflix account if you wish, or use the wifi to access U Tube which is ready to go. Sorry I can't control the network. The second room comprising of a queen bed plus wardrobe which has extra bedding. The above 2 rooms have air-conditioning along with one that covers the lounge dining kitchen area. There is a smaller room which has a double bed accommodation with fan. No wardrobe. Fresh Linen/Towels are supplied. In the lounge you will have a comfy couch, large TV all standard tv channels plus live channel, U Tube, Disney or you can connect to your own Netflix account. This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen. There are some basic supplies in fridge and pantry for your conference. Milk, tomato/bbq sauce, mayo, salt pepper, oil. The bathroom has a wash basin and shower, shub which can be used for children bathing. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash available for your use. There is a separate laundry. Throw on a quick wash, liquid washing detergent is available. Relax in the outdoor alfresco with cafe blinds for all season comfort. There is a BBQ in this area for your outdoor cooking. An under cover drying line, plus drying rack. The wonderful Yanchep Beach Lagoon is just a minutes drive away or an easy walk, so take in a sunset or a walk along the beach. Have a wine or beer at the beach cafe, or watch the surfers. Pop to the National Park to see the crystal caves, relax and watch the Koalas, or enjoy a picnic on the grass with the Kangaroos. Enjoy the rich bird life. Or there's the treetop adventure which is fantastic for all ages. Also close by is the Lavender Farm Restarant. Take in a day trips to local Marinas or to Moore river. Catch a train to the city of Perth. Chill and unwind once home in the alfresco area, bbq some steaks and have a drink or 2. Outside the alfresco area is the shared back yard where you will find the garden and may see us watering or pottering around in the shared back yard etc. The entrance to our private apartment is via the garage into the back yard and upstairs. This is where Misty and we live. The internal stairs in the house go to a wall that divides up stairs from downstairs. There is no excess from here. The ground floor is all yours and not a shared space. Please read other notes.
