"La Dolce Vista" is a spacious apartment located in the charming town of Moltrasio on the shores of Lake Como. From this cosy abode, you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake and the lush surrounding mountains. The terrace, furnished and equipped with an umbrella, allows you to admire the stunning panorama whilst enjoying your meals or sipping an aperitif at sunset. Another unique feature of this residence is the delightful small garden equipped with lounge chairs and an umbrella, where you can sunbathe and relax in total tranquility and privacy. Moreover, the modern style of the furnishings combined with the light tones of the decorations make this apartment particularly comfortable and bright. The apartment can accommodate up to five people thanks to two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen - induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. - and a living room with L-shaped sofa and flat-screen TV. In the shower bathroom, you will also find a washer-dryer. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi.

It was a very beautiful stay, in a completely brand new and renovated apartment. Everything was very great and we spent a very nice vacation.
Le logement était absolument parfait! Le vue magnifique et l’appartement spacieux! Les restaurants et la navette bateau pour les villages alentours sont accessibles à pieds à 5-10 mn en descendant les marches vers le village! Un seul regret… ne pas être resté plus longtemps! La Dolce Vista was immaculate and as described. Incredibly clean, well furnished, and better than the photos. The flat was extremely spacious, updated & appropriately decorated. Situated atop Lake Como, this place offers incredible views and the comforts of Italian living while being tastefully updated. We enjoyed the ease of self check-in as well as the security of the property. The terrace was great for morning and evening refreshments with a view. Additionally, the garden space was a nice touch for lounging outside with a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped and suitable for home cooked meals — loved the large refrigerator for this reason. Within walking distance there are some nice cafes and restaurants down the hill in Moltrasio, just be prepared for steps :) Centrally located, La Dolce Vista is just a few minutes drive from Como City & close to other picturesque lakeside villages — a perfect home base for exploring the area. Great management & super communication!

Very friendly and communicative host. Easy to locate the place and find the keys. Everything worked well and the view was fantastisc! There is not s lot to do in this little town so you will need a car or take the ferry to some of the other towns around the lake. All in all we recommend this place if you value a few days in the mountains with a beatiful view.

Moltrasio is a small town by the western branch of Lake Como. Situated between Cernobbio and Carate Urio, it is a short drive away from Como city and from the Swiss border. The apartment is very near the town centre and the pier for the ferries. In Moltrasio center, there are restaurants and some little shops, a small beach, and lakeside villas. In nearby Cernobbio, more restaurants and a beach will welcome you.
For the guests' convenience, we advise them to arrive by a car. Como city is a 15-min drive away.
Travelling without a car can be trickier, but also totally doable. There are buses running from Moltrasio to Como and other lakeside towns. Look for lines C10 operated by ASF Autolinee. Tickets can be obtained from the driver (cash only) or in designated places in the area - e.g. "La Cartoleria di Moltrasio" located at Via Besana, 68, in the centre of Moltrasio, or in Como (see the ASF Autolinee website). Please note that the buses don't run often and services stop at around 10 pm. Taxi rides are available, but not easily attainable in the region.
From the pier in Piazza San Rocco in Moltrasio, ferries regularly depart to nearby towns. The timetable and tickets are available on the Navigazione Laghi website. You can also buy tickets at the pier.
From Como, it is easy to travel to Milan and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno) by train. There are also public ferries travelling to other lakeside towns from the pier in the Como centre.
The nearest airports are Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, and Orio Al Serio in Bergamo. It is possible to arrange a direct shuttle to and from the airport at an additional cost.
