This was my second time staying at Troy’s and definitely won’t be the last. I travel to Richmond for work occasionally and it’s a perfect getaway!

Troy's place has a nice location for walking and also no problem parking where we could glance outside and see the car on the street if we were feeling concerns about urban street parking. We loved walking to the impressive VMFA, and there were delicious restaurants nearby. It was also nicer than a hotel for relaxing, watching important games while sitting on a sofa is much better than sitting on your bed. Troy answered our questions fast and was happy to adjust our reservation. Thanks!

The property looks great , except that it has one bathroom. This can be challenging if you have a bigger family. I couldn’t watch Spectrum TV because it required a password. Not sure whether the host needed to give me that password or not . This information was not available on instructions. I prefer watching live news . Other than that, my family stayed T this location for one night . We didn’t visit any place except going to a Toyota 400 NASCAR Race on Sunday evening

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. There were a few minor issues. The place was clean. Refrigerator was very clean. I didn't find noise to be an issue. You can hear neighbors going up and down stairs but I didn't hear anything in the bedrooms. There was soap, shampoo, dish soap, and K-cups stocked. As mentioned in other reviews, the water pressure is bad in the shower. Also, there weren't any spare towels, blankets, or sheets and only 2 rolls of toilet paper ( However, Troy did send additional toilet paper and an extra blanket when requested within a couple of hours). There were only a couple replacement garbage bags and I couldn't find any for the bathroom trash. The bedding and linens were basic.
