Very cozy with beautiful views! The upstairs is nicely done and the sunroom is perfection. We enjoyed hanging out on the decks over looking the lake.

Rodneys place was amazing, we stayed here in October, the weather was beautiful and the dock by the house was amazing to have coffee on in the mornings. We will defiantly try and stay here again if we come back to Arkansas :)

When we arrived there were left over swim trunks hanging over the shower door. The hot tub would not get very warm. Very dark at hot tub area. Deck had missing/ unsafe decking or railing. Remote had to be found, was not readily available. Missing knobs on kitchen cabinets.
