It is intended for those who appreciate natural resources, because the consumption of water (rainwater) is reduced to the smallest possible measure, and for those who are attracted by a minimalist lifestyle for which the saying less is more applies. It invites artistic souls, researchers and nature lovers. She wants guests who want to rest, recharge and get back to their basics and take good care of her and the environment around them. The house is sweetly decorated in a slightly artistic way and offers a lot of privacy. It doesn't have air conditioning and you don't need it unless it's extremely hot outside. The passive ventilation system keeps the temperature comfortable. The sleeping area is on the gallery, the shower and toilet are in the open, covered and fenced area. The small house has everything you need for a stay (2 towels per person, toilet paper, bed linen, ...). The kitchen has 2 electric plates (no stove), a refrigerator with a freezer and basic equipment (such as toaster, water heater, coffee maker, stick mixer, basic spices, oil, vinegar, detergents, soap, candles, dishes, ...). Everything else (food, drinking water, beach towels...) must be brought along. The sleeping area is located on the loft. You have to climb a ladder to the loft, so it may not be the most comfortable for extremely tall people or people intolerant of smaller spaces. Due to the unprotected loft ladder and rocky steep environment, this place is not suitable for small children. In front of the house is a covered porch with a dining table. You can relax in a hammock, deckchairs or on the sofa behind the house. The sea is close, 20 m away from the house. Access to the sea is possible from the rocks in several places or from a wooden bridge. We recommend that you visit us in the off-season when you can experience complete peace and privacy. A good book in the shade or just listening to crickets will soon relax you from everyday stress. In the high season, more boats come to the bay, which creates a bit more noise, but the house still offers privacy and allows its own access to the sea. If you are a fan of hiking, there are some very nice trails in the area that you can go on or visit other parts of the island. On one side there is a half-hour walk to the lighthouse, and on the other side you can go to the sandy beach with a bar and restaurant, which is a 10-minute walk from the house. The nearest shop is in the neighboring village, 4 km away. The town of Vis is about 7 km away.
