Enjoy a pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown and a steps away from parks, convenient stores, and restaurants. Many local restaurants to try and inexpensive mods of transportation to sports bars, concerts and sporting events. During your stay I am excited to share my house with anyone looking to either get a feel for the city or simply looking for a quiet safe space to feel comfortable. The house is over a 100 years and there are some amazing craftsmanship features. Am always open to suggestions of ways to make my guest feel more at home and ideas to important.

There are steep steps getting into the house which was a little tough for me with luggage as I have a shoulder injury. Xavier is responsive and courteous.

OK for a night, but the space could use a good cleaning! Our room smelled a bit like Axe Body Spray & the bathroom wasn't clean. Xavier was a really friendly host and welcomed us to the property. I wouldn't stay here again, but if the price was lowered a bit then I might recommend it for a night if you're stopping over.

Conveniently located two blocks away from the bus line and free parking in the front. Those seeking to walk around and explore can enjoy the weather by walking, biking or running a few miles away from downtown or blocks away to the local art, parks, and grocery stores. House is perfect for those looking to park and commute to the city on either public transport or inexpensive ride-share to Xcel Energy Center, events in St Paul and Minneapolis, local historic centers.

Steps away from public transportation that is 5 mins away from downtown St Paul.
Possible to walk downtown but there is a bridge that extends a few miles to the entrance of downtown which hosts some amazing parks to walk and historic sites.
Ride-share is inexpensive and perfect for those that don’t want to park downtown but want to be downtown.
Surrounding area has local art shops and art in the park less than 4 miles away from several parks and shops.
