Whether you’re staying 3 nights or 3 months, as an extended stay boutique hotel, we have thought of everything for your home away from home. This room is the Catbird Studio, it is 390 sq ft. There is clever storage under the lofted bed, full kitchenettes, laundry rooms, trash chutes to dispose of waste, and water stations. We have a fitness center, workspaces, playroom items to utilize, a breakfast café, and a rooftop deck.

Love this place, I’m really glad it was available when I needed it for a conference. The Catbird really is one of my favorite places to stay anywhere in the US. 10/10!
Easy self check-in, wonderful breakfast every morning that’s well-worth the $30 per day amenity charge required at check-in, really nice hotel staff. The room was pristine with nice amenities, and set up very intuitively. Hotel sits 1 block from the train so really easy airport transport. Also the food/restaurant scene is amazing, all within walking distance. No major complaints! The pelotons in the gym were a bit old, otherwise, the entire place/hotel was amazing!
Catbird is an amazing concept and experience. The amenities are amazing but do require an additional fee.

We offer valet parking for $52/overnight in a designated lot and garage with unlimited in & out privileges. Self-parking is available within the neighborhood and based upon availability, along with other self-parking garages. We offer bicycles and Vespa scooters to get around on. There are many public transportation options near the hotel. The RTD A-line train drops off at the 38th and Blake Station, which is a 4-minute walk from the station off of Downing and Walnut Street. RTD Bus Route 12, drops one-block from the hotel at 37th and North Marion Street. Lyft and Uber are easily accessible, frequent stops and pickups in the RiNo neighborhood.
