DJ’s place is great! It was perfect for our group of five for a few nights. Very modern decor, & has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to restaurants & nightlife. Parking in front of the house wasn’t an issue. DJ also responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. The smart lock stopped working during our stay, & we ended up using the key. Also - as noted in another review (& visible in photos), the master is significantly larger and nicer than other bedrooms, so just something to be mindful of if traveling with other couples. We really enjoyed the ramen restaurant across the street, Procession coffee, Himchuli for Himalayan food, & Rye Society for sandwiches! All are an easy walk from the house.

Great Stay, Quiet Location, Easy to Park, Well equipped property. Place was clean and tidy. Didn't understand the app and just used the key.

I really enjoyed my stay. Super walkable to the RiNo area! DJ is really helpful and responsive.

Our stay in the Yellow was an amazing experience! Clean, nice, and cozy house! But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the owner, Dj, who was incredibly helpful and generous with his time and advice. We really recommend it!
