This was nice new cottage. It looked just like the pictures and everything was in great working order. Nice shower pressure and comfy bed. And it was in a great location for us to visit Big Sur and see Carmel. A couple things to note, there was a power outage one morning for about 2 hours, and they noted they don’t communicate in the Airbnb app, to call them instead. Everyone working the desk was friendly. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.

Great place! Cabin was super nice and cozy. Loved the area in Carmel River Inn where the cabins are in. It has its own little turn off of highway 1 and place feels like a quaint little village. It’s near the Carmel Mission and with just a few minutes drive near Monastery Beach. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We loved staying here! It's a little cabin behind an inn. There are several cabins and they all looked adorable. We liked being off of the "main drag" of Ocean Ave in Carmel, just a stone's throw away. Easy access to Starbucks, good breakfast spot and a Safeway. I'd call it a "luxury cabin" but it still had rustic charm. You check in at the actual Inn, and the man who greeted us was great. He answered our question quickly about the coffee pot when we called him back after getting settled in the room. He also gave us good food recommendations. If you are looking for something private and different this is your spot. Would definitely stay there again.

The Carmel River Inn was an amazing place to stay. The staff was so friendly and nice and accommodated to anything that we needed. The area was so peaceful and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. We will definitely be booking again with Carmel River Inn!
