Our cozy basement is fully furnished and located in our two family home in North Bergen. This space is perfect for individuals, small families, and business travelers visiting NYC and other nearby areas or attractions in New Jersey. - We are a 2 minute walk to NJ Transit bus stop that will take you directly to the heart of NYC in 20 minutes -25 minutes away from Newark Airport -Easy and quick access to Met Life Stadium, American Dream Mall, Secaucus Convention Center, and Prudential Center!! Fully renovated and modern with lots of lighting. This basement is totally independant and not shared with anyone, has its own entrance. Things to note: ❤The basement ceilings are 6 feet high. If you are a very tall person this may not be the place for you ❤Kitchenette is fully equipped ❤Linens, Towels, and Toiletries are provided ❤Onsite Parking for one vehicle - (will provide parking space information prior to checkin) ❤Professional cleaning service before every stay ❤ Extremely Fast Wifi ❤50'' TV with in living room. Netflix and Cable ready! ❤43" TV in bedroom - Netflix, Amazon Video ready ❤ board games provided

Everything was as described, the equipment in the apartment was great. Alex is very nice and answers quickly. The only negative was: 1.Roommates upstairs were too loud at night so you could hear everything in the basement, the footsteps of the vacuum cleaner and the TV. 2. At night the heater in the bedroom often crackled and made noises. but the rest was good. I would like to thank you for this stay.
This place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures! However since it’s in a basement, the ceiling is low. Disclaimer for anybody 6ft + like myself, you might hit your head a few times. Many food options nearby & i would recommend this place to others :)

This is a friendly, safe residential area located in North Bergen, New Jersey. This basement unit is a great location as you'll be close to several points of interest. Walking distance you have several places to eat, and should you want to visit NYC the bus stop is only 2 short blocks away!!
City life can be unpredictable and sometimes that means a little noisy. Something to keep in mind when booking.
