A nice, newer studio apartment a couple of blocks from the beach. Teddy is an excellent host. He was waiting there to welcome me to the place. He provided great recommendations about places to eat and things to do in Progreso. Very helpful and friendly. The apartment has a king sized bed, sofa, TV and dining table. A small kitchen area with an electric cooktop. And a bathroom with warm water for the shower and sink. The neighborhood is very walkable and relaxed with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Note that there is a little traffic noise during the day but it's very peaceful and quiet at night. This is an excellent place to stay in Progreso!

The cleanliness of the bathroom and bedding are of most importance to me. Both were wonderful. Teddy (host adult son) was incredible on all levels and spoke good English which was an additional plus. Gave me a good orientation of the neighborhood and various recommendations. New and full-sized refrigerator. The entire place appeared recently renovated. Spacious studio unit. Kudos and would definitely stay again.

We were very satisfied with this stay. Teddy was available and communicative and very friendly. The apartment was cosy and comfortable, and in a great location - quiet and close to the beach. We would happily return. Thank you!
