Ashai was very accommodating for all of our needs while staying at his property. Every time I messaged him I got a response well within an hour. I would recommend Ashai to anyone that is looking to stay in the area.

Ashai is an amazing host! My family didn't get to check in early or on time, but it was only because he wanted to ensure the house was fully cleaned and ready for us and it was! Accessing the property was a little tricky, but we got a handle on it after the first day. Everything that was described about the property was true. Spacious rooms, clean, large garage, and private. Ashai was so responsive and flexible as my family consisted of several elderly members , & he never hesitated to accommodate us. So thankful we were able to find this property. My aunties who are all 65 and older had somewhere safe and comfortable to rest each day. Thank you so much, Ashai!

Ashai was proactive in making sure we were able to access his place. The rooms felt even bigger in person than they appear in the photos so there was plenty of space and it was really nice to have parking spots in the garage for two cars since parking in Long Beach can be hard to find. We would all stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about Ashai's place and how great of a host he is. The place looks better than the pictures and was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are very large and spacious. Having a garage, a washing machine and dryer was incredibly convenient. The outdoor patio with comfy seating and a BBQ grill was a plus. Ashai was communicative, friendly, and caring, overall an outstanding host. I highly recommend him and his wonderful home. Thanks for everything Ashai!
