Welcome to our beautiful house, located just a short walk away from the beach! Perfect for families, this spacious home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You'll love the bright and airy feel of the open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to cook a delicious meal! We also provide breakfast amenities so you can start your day off right. Outside you'll find a nice yard to relax with a cold drink!

Abbiamo alloggiato 5 gg e sia la casa che la posizione è splendida. L'appartamento è nuovo e moderno, con una cucina meravigliosa e un frigo spaziale. Ci sono anche 2 condizionatori funzionanti. Il self check-in è stato facile perché Evelina ha dato le istruzioni in modo preciso e chiaro. L'ambiente era pulito. C'è anche un giardinetto esterno. Insomma una bella casetta tranquilla e lontana dai rumori della cittadina. Consigliatissimo!

Το σπίτι της Εβελίνας είναι όπως το βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. άνετο και καθαρό με εύκολη πρόσβαση και άνετο πάρκινγκ. Οι οδηγίες της οικοδέσποινας ήταν σαφής ως προς το self check in και συναντήσαμε και την μητέρα της τυχαία στην αυλή που μας υποδέχτηκε φιλικά και έμεινε να βεβαιωθεί ότι είμαστε εντάξει.

This is a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the tourist area of Nea Makri. The street is not a central road, so there is no traffic, car noise, or traffic pollution. The house is near the main square of the area and just a few minutes walk from the beach. There are food stores, supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, bookstores, cafes, and bars, and everything else you might need just a breath away, so you can have easy access to everything, while enjoying your piece and quiet at the same time!

You can move on foot, by car, or use Public Transportation. There is a bus stop near the house to help you move to the area or to the center of Athens.
