We stayed 10 days in room 7 which has the most amazing view on the garden with swimming pool and the ocean in the background. Of all places we stayed in Bali we loved Bombora the most, not the least because of the welcoming character of the personel and Matthew in particular. It is close to a quiet beach (Balangan) that features a fantastic surf break and a handfull warungs that serve simple and cheap but great food. The place has a very cool surf vibe without being pretentious. Perfect place for families of which the parents like surfing and would like to hang out in the bar in the evening. Hats off to Matthew who designed this amazing place!

This place is perfect, away from the craziness but close enough to visit if you need to! The accomodation is beautiful and waking up to that view every morning is so special. All of the staff are amazing and Matthew is helpful and very responsive. We don’t often go back to the same place twice but I am sure we will be back here, the surf is awesome and the golf even better! Thank you Matthew and team, this was a perfect holiday for our family.
