The building is on Wisconsin Ave but buts right into a lovely quite neighborhood close to downtown Appleton. The apartment has a private side entrance above our offices.
Short walk to so many great locations, here are a few:
- Fox Cities Performing Arts Center = Lots of great shows
- Acoca Coffee = One of many locally owned coffee shops
- D2 Sports Bar = Large outdoor patio area w/ fire tables
- Katsu-Ya of Japan = Award winning hibachi & sushi
- McFleshmans Brewery - Great tap room and outdoor area
Just want to relax, 3 large parks within a 10 min drive!
Enjoy live music? Well if one of the many bars or restaurants aren't having a band, from the end on May through August Appleton hosts outdoor music every Thursday afternoon and night.
To top it off from June - October every Saturday downtown Appleton has a 150 vendor farmer market :)

There are bus stops across the downtown and Fox Valley Public Transit will get you wherever you may want to go.
We have two cruiser bikes that are available for a small rental fee, if you're interested please send a request before check-in to ensure they are available.
The Bird electric scooters are also available to rent throughout Appleton, it's simple download the app, located a scooter, pay for some time and go explore!
You are mins from downtown with a large array shops, bars, and restaurants if you have time you should really explore and see what our fine city has to offer.
