A fully stocked kitchen has everything you’d need to prepare a family dinner with seating for 4 at an island. It is open to the family room with another gas fireplace and a 55" smart tv. The main bedroom is off of the family room, has a king bed, huge closet, and private bath with large shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a twin bunk over a full sized bed with a twin trundle. Both of these rooms have a smart tv and walk-in closets with shelves. A shared full bath and half bath are located by these bedrooms as is the full laundry/mud room. Outdoor seating areas include a patio off the kitchen, screened porch, lower patio, and swim deck on the boat dock.
