Our family absolutely loved every minute of our stay in Cabarete at Seawinds and Francois was an incredible host. The unit is the perfect size, exceptionally clean, has everything you need, and is in a great location. Thank you Francois to you and your team and we will see you again soon!

We had a great stay in Francois place. The apartment was clean and well kept. The apartment offered all amenities in the kitchen that are required. Francois was responsive with the few minor issues that we had, responding promptly, and addressing the issue in a timely manner. View of the ocean from the balcony and private rooftop terrace were spectacular. The complex was well maintained, and staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this unit/complex in the future.

Great location on Cabarte Beach! Great spot for kiteboarding and watching the kite surfers. We walked on the beach to the restaurant district. At least 2 restaurants close by, the rest about a 25 minute walk on the beach. The pool and grounds were beautiful! Awesome view from the condo! Everything we needed for a long term stay was provided. Plenty of extra pillows, linens and towels were provided. Host was very responsive and remedied any issues very quickly. The condo management was also very helpful. The condo has 24 hour security, at the street side gated entrance and also on the beach side. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The master bedroom has patio doors with a great view of the pool and ocean. The second bedroom had small windows and street noise could be heard in this room. Overall, excellent stay!

From start to finish, Francois was the perfect host. He was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. I cannot imagine a better host, truthfully! We look forward to booking his property again.
