Be right in the middle of it all! Our newly built, cozy guest house is ideal for 2, but can host 4 guests. Only steps from restaurants, breweries, and bars. Perfect for a weekend getaway to Historic Downtown Sanford, but also comfortable for a longer stay. Keep in mind though, the house is small, so 4 adults in the space might feel a bit tight, and access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom. Kitchenette w/ mini fridge, countertop stovetop + microwave. High speed Internet + SmartTV. Our guest house is around 450 square feet with a living room/kitchenette combo and private bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom, so in case there are any guests using the sofa bed in the living room, please be aware of that! The bedroom has a spacious closet will plenty of hangers and storage. We provide extra bedding and pillows for you or any extra guests (on sofa bed). The kitchenette is small so you will probably not want to cook huge meals here. We do provide a counter stovetop though so you can still cook your eggs in the morning or any small meals you desire. Pots and pans are of course also provided. The mini fridge has a small freezer compartment. Our guest house doesn't have a washer or dryer, so if you are planning on staying longer and need to do laundry you will have to use one of the laundromats around the house. We can recommend a few. There is no outdoor space, we are truly a city home ;) You can park in one of the street bays adjacent to the guest house. We park our own cars there as well and unless there is a big event going on in town, the bays are always available (first come, first served). Feel free to use anything in the home, it is all for you, including shampoos, body lotions, etc.

This is a super cute place! My husband and I were in town for a concert and couldn’t have been happier with this stay. Easy to check in and out! Walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean and comfy inside! Mini fridge and small microwave are perfect for a quick stay. We would happily return!

This was such a perfect place to stay! We went into town for a local concert and loved how close this beautiful guest house was to everything! Host was very friendly and left very clear instructions. Guest house was exceptionally clean, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, we will be back!!
My husband and daughter stayed at Claudia’s place while attending a sports tournament in the area. The location was ideal, very walkable and convenient to restaurants. It is also very close to Sanford airport, total bonus! Overall they loved the place and were extremely comfortable the entire long weekend.
The place was beautiful and was in a great location. The neighborhood was adorable and the Airbnb is just a few blocks from downtown Sanford where there are great bars and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect.

We are located in the beautiful residential historic district of Sanford, just around the corner from breweries, bars, restaurants and shops. We are within a short walk of many of the city parks and the beautiful Riverwalk and Sanford Marina. We are about 5 walking minutes from First Street and only seconds/steps from Sanford Avenue. You can comfortably walk anywhere, including Venue 1902 which is 5 blocks from the house. From our home you can also walk to the trolley stop (1 minute) and take the free trolley to the Sunrail or Amtrak Station. Sunrail only runs Monday through Friday but will connect you to many different locations (Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Kissimmee) within Central Florida.
Our house is less than 10 minutes from Sanford International Airport and 40-45 minutes to the closest beach or theme park.
The house backs up to the alley and is located right next to our own garage, and you have a private entrance door.
Our neighborhood is very walkable. From the guest house it is just steps to the closest businesses (a juice bar, restaurants, Sanford's oldest brewery and a few retail shops) and only a few blocks to everything else that Historic Downtown Sanford has to offer (and there is A LOT to choose from). A few city parks and the Riverwalk along Lake Monroe are also within just 5-10 minutes walking distance, as is Venue 1902 and other event venues around town.
From our home you can also walk to the trolley stop (1 minute) and take the free trolley to the Sunrail or Amtrak Station. Sunrail only runs Monday through Friday but will connect you to many different locations (Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Kissimmee) within Central Florida. The schedule will be available in the house.

Speaking of big events: whenever parking is scarce we will gladly offer you to park in our driveway in front of the garage so your car will also be right in front of the guest house. In case there is a big event we will let you know when we send your check in instructions and then offer you the driveway spot to make things easier for you ;)
