The condition of the unit was disappointing based on previous reviews. The garbage disposal was not working. The dishwasher had black mold on the top and bottom racks. We ran an empty cycle to try and clean the unit and the tablet did not even dissolve. The lower level of the unit was very cold but the loft on the third level was extremely hot and the fans did not work up there. When I messaged support about it they said that can happen in the warmer months. It seems like that should be noted in the listing. We ended up checking out after our first night and finding another unit. The management company did not offer any reimbursement and said they would have sent someone to fix the appliances the next morning. This required a whole dishwasher replacement due to all of the mold and that did not seem like it would happen over our long weekend stay. If you prefer management companies that keep up with their properties I would recommend to book elsewhere.

What you see in the pictures is what you get. Clean but not overly cozy condominium. The kitchen has the minimum cookware/dinnerware/utensils. We had a few maintenance issues when we arrived but the hosts were very responsive and everything was taken care of the next AM. We visited 2 of the pools available to us and both were very nice. Less than a mile walk to the beach and the adjacent Apache Pier. My only complaint is the lack of beach gear. With the exception of 4 camp chairs there’s nothing else available for a day at the beach (umbrellas/holders/beach chairs). We flew in so bringing our own was not an option. It’s a very quiet area with the exception of this unit backing up to a busy road with noticeable traffic at night. Location is good. Less than 20 minute drives to popular spots like Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. 30 minutes from airport.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and walking distance to the beach. Plenty of things to do near by.

Nice place, minimalist design but had what we needed for a boys weekend. Half mile walk to the beach which was awesome.
