We have stayed in this building before in the Penthouse and we it’s an amazing space/location but something spoiled it for us. There is a completely mental and derange woman living in the next door apartment. She is abusive and very unpleasant! She hates that there add airbnb people staying in the building and makes this very clear. We were told to “go back from where the f we came from and to go an f ourselves” she had a go at us on two occasions over the two days we were there. Unfortunately if this person is still living in the building I wouldn’t stay there again! She was just absolutely awful especially when she got drunk!

The trip didn’t get off to the best of starts as I didn’t receive any check in instructions ahead of my arrival. We had a 5hr journey to get to Ripon and we didn’t want to arrive late at night. Despite messages and calls to the emergency number (which went to a voicemail and no one responded). We also contacted air BnB to see if they could get hold of them, to no avail. We were about to book into a hotel when 1hr after we were supposed to depart and multiple voicemails and messages, we finally received the check in instructions. That was stressful & unnecessary. That said everything else about our stay was spot on. The apartment is great, spacious, clean and in a brilliant location. In the end we had a very good time, so much so we have booked again. Finest Retreats just need to get their comms right and it would be 5/5

Loved this place it’s a little hidden gem right overlooking the square The host was so lovely and responsive The place is very well thought out with amazing attention to detail. Loved the styling

After paying an elevated rate to usual seasonal rates the landlord made no attempt to decorate, the sound proofing from the windows is poor. Also the owners are attempting to charge additional costs for cleaning an charging full cost for replacement bed linen due to stains. Very disappointing and would not stay with this company again
