The Old Cottages is beautifully presented and a lovely place to stay for visiting the Ripon/Harrogate areas. It was everything we needed as a base for a few days away, with great parking and easy access into Ripon town square and its shopping and restaurants. Fountains Abbey and Studley Park are only a short drive away. Karen our host gave excellent information on how to get there and how to access the cottage accommodation.

What a great find. Beautiful accommodation and gorgeous decor throughout. Karen thinks of everything you need to enjoy your stay. Complimentary eggs were delicious and a lovely touch. Only a short walk into town where there are lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Karen’s Airbnb was very warm, welcoming and cosy. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all the amenities we needed for our 3-night stay. The lounge and bedroom were comfortable and allowed us to easily relax after a day out. Karen was a very helpful and responsive host. As for location, Ripon is great for getting to surrounding areas, including York, Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales. Would definitely recommend staying here!
