An immaculate cottage in a beautiful location. The best self-catering accommodation that we have ever stayed in. The information pack that Will sent to us was extremely helpful and enabled us to plan our visit in advance We have already recommended the cottage and the gardens to our family and friends.

Very beautiful, peaceful location. Cottage was immaculate, with all the facilities that might be needed. A bonus is being able to walk in the garden outwith normal opening hours. We only used one of the local recommended restaurants, the Bruce Arms in West Tanfield. The staff are wonderful and the food so superb we ate there all 3 nights of our visit.

The accommodation was perfect - immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and with very tasteful decor. The location is exceptional and being able to wander through the beautiful, peaceful gardens made for a most relaxing break. We couldn't recommend the Clocktower more highly.

Clocktower Cottage at Hutts Himalayan Gardens is a wonderful place to stay. The setting is beautiful within green rolling countryside, and the gardens are very special. Visitors to Clocktower are free to go into the gardens at any time (open to the public Spring - Autumn), and it feels particularly special to be able to do this in the evenings after everyone has left. It feels as if the whole gardens belong to you. They are colourful, peaceful and interesting with magnificent specimens of magnolia, camellia and azaleas and dotted around with wonderful sculptures to admire. The cottage itself is excellent. Cosy, comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Very well appointed and nicely furnished. Lovely comfy big bed. This was our second visit and we look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely relaxing stay at The Hutts Clocktower. The space is beautifully appointed with everything i needed. Will was a perfect host and available if i needed anything. The bottle of wine and eggs were a nice touch. As a keen gardener, being able to walk round the stunning Hymalayan Gardens and Sculpture Park while it was closed to the public was an absolute joy and a privilege. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Will and Sophie.
