Vito's apartment was in a great location in Lugano! It is right in the heart of shops and restaurants and a short walk away from the lake. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We were able to take advantage of the nice kitchen and the grocery shop nearby to make some meals in the apartment too!

Vito was very responsive and friendly! The apartment was as described, clean, safe, great location (very walkable and close to many things). The building and entry were easy to find. Unfortunately, the great central location meant a lot of noise. There’s nothing Vito can do about that but I would consider it next time I’m booking a central place. Buskers started early, construction was very loud, delivery trucks in the middle of the night. All city things. I had some issues getting online (my error) and Vito quickly helped. He mentioned that the WiFi was slow and he had contacted the company already. I couldn’t even have a Zoom call with no video :( Note you need WiFi or data to use the locks! My hot spot was dying so it limited me Perhaps due to the construction downstairs, there was also a bit of a smell. Diffusers in the apartment attempted to cover it up but didn’t. All in all, comfortable, spacious, central, and great host. Just some things I would consider if booking again

Locatie is top, het appartement is erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed is comfortabel. Helaas ontbrak het rolgordijn bij het linker raam. Ook hadden we last van een rioollucht die vanachter de kast kwam. Dit is tijdens ons verblijf niet opgelost. Ook vervelend dat we de 2 dag ons appartement niet meer in kwamen omdat de codes verlopen waren. Geen reactie op onze berichten, maar gelukkig vonden we op internet een telefoonnummer en kon de code gereset worden. Jammer dat er geen persoonlijk contact was, een kleine uitleg over bijv de verwarmingspanelen was fijn geweest. Helaas ook geen mogelijkheid om bagage te droppen toen we te vroeg bij het appartement waren. We moesten wachten tot de officiële inchecktijd, en het appartement was zelfs toen nog niet helemaal klaar.
