The place is beautiful, nicely designed with quality materials. Our stay in many ways was pleasant except for the fact that cooking took way too long and was inconvenient bc only 1 of the 3 stovetop burners worked. We followed the instructions the host left but it didn’t work. The host didn’t try to mediate the cooking issue even though we let them know of the issue about 3 days before our departure. Also a major inconvenience was the washer and dryer not working. We tried washing a load and it just wet the clothes...we had to wash it by hand and let it air dry. We took home a weeks worth of dirty clothes. They sent a maintenance person the day we messaged them about the washer but he was unable to fix it. There was no initiative to amend the issue about that.,

Great apartment in a great location, the apartment is even more beautiful than the photos, it was sparkling clean when we arrive, highly recommended.

Lovely, clean apartment in el Centro de Madrid. Walking distance to El Prado, Reina Sofia, and other world-class museums and sites. All appliances are modern and fully functional, check in process was smooth and easy (helps if there is a Spanish speaker in your party). Plenty of hot water for our group of six people, beds were comfortable. The apartment is in a lively, diverse neighborhood - expect some noise at night. During our stay, there was a film/TV crew shooting scenes on the street outside one day. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Madrid, with this apartment as 'home' base.
