We stayed at Arianna’s as a group to go to the Irish Festival and chose her Airbnb because it could accommodate us all. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and the house is quite nice. I ran an Airbnb for years so I understand and have a few times communicated directly with the hosts about things that were wrong with our personal stays. That being said I want to say what was “off” with our stay. First of all it’s cold and the heat was on but it did not get above 63. We really just slept and showered so I did not reach out to our host. The hot water in the main bathroom still doesn’t get warm (mentioned in another review). There is no internet and the TV does not work. The main bathroom was really dirty with a large spot of dried pee on the toilet and underneath it and there was hair everywhere. The second bathroom had a used washcloth in the shower. Bedspread in the second room had hair on it. The couch had dried food on one of the armrests, the floors needed vacuuming and the fridge w

This place was good for our purpose for being in the area. Clean, spacious beautiful area that was not far from lots of shopping and restaurants. The home had large closets and bathrooms. Ariane was quick to respond and easy to communicate with which was helpful. It was great to have a kitchen but minimal on the pot and pan which hindered my cooking needs. I would recommend Ariane's place because I had an overall good experience.
