Not sure how they got super host status, deceiving 1. During check-in already, rudeness started, there’s a few doors You have to buzz through and if you’re not quick, the door closes & they were pretty rude in directing on txt how I should be quick, while I was trying to juggle with luggage by myself downstairs 2. Half of wardrobe was full with their stuff. I asked if one of the suitcases can be moved so I can put mine inside - as tiny room. Had to pretty much beg for them to move it out 3. No access to kitchen/living room- allowed 1-time use of wash machine during 5wk stay 4. Had a guest stay over, I said I’ll pay the extra charge once back frm work & paid within 24 hours of arrival. They were pushy about the payment 5. Had to ask to lower noise/tv volume several times, super loud & inconsiderate 6.While leaving, made me empty my packed suitcase as I had packed the ‘laundry bag’. Didn’t realise had packed it/didn’t think they used it across guests - worrying!
