We loved our stay at Bird's Nest. From walks, to rafting and swimming in the dam, to a braai overlooking the most incredible view. Coffee with the sunbirds (there were so many - such a treat for us to watch them) and fresh fruit from the garden. Desiray made us feel very welcome, and even helped my little one find some treasures for his fairy garden. Have already recommended this spot to friends.

Desiray made us feel like we owned the place. extremely friendly and helpfull. and always ready to help. Desiray and her Hubby made us feel like family. I would reccomend this place to any nature lover. they even cut out paths with the tractor for us to go walking for better views of the valley. we will be making alot more trips here
