Gorgeous house in a fantastic location- 2 minutes walk and you're in the centre, yet the street is quiet enough to have a brilliant nights sleep on the extremely comfy beds! Dale was super responsive and friendly via message, couldn't do enough to help, we're already planning our next trip!

From start to finish the communication with Dale was very good. The house was lovely, very welcoming, very spacious and just as described. The kitchen had every amenity (Range cooker/ air fryer etc) and a large fridge, which was great as there were 10 of us. The bedrooms were lovely too and the beds very comfy. Parking was a little difficult as on street and was very busy, however there is a car park close by. Unsure how close to shops/ centre as we didn’t venture in as we booked it as a base as we were doing a 21 mile charity hike from Filey back to Brid. Thoroughly recommend Emma and Dales’s house

We booked Dale & Emma's place so that we could spend Christmas together as a family. Everything was perfect - the house was beautifully decorated for the festive period, and was really well-equipped - to the extent that we were able to cook a full Christmas dinner 😊 Dale & Emma were probably the most responsive, friendly, and helpful hosts that we have ever dealt with, and we'd highly recommend staying in their lovely home 😊
