This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. Andrew was also by far the best and best host I have ever had. 10/10

The place is quiet and has a nice view of the golf course. It was clean and spacious for our family. Our check-in did not go smoothly as we had to wait 3.5 hours before we were able to check in due to an issue with cleaning crew scheduling. We stayed there for 4 weeks but there was no space in the kitchen cabinets to put in our own supplies because it already contains food belonging to the owner. Andrew was accommodating with our situation and was friendly. He took care of sending supplies. We would recommend staying here.

It was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The location on the 18th hole, the home itself. Everything was Great! Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful stay we had at Andrews ARBNB. We were in town for an event at the Rancho Bernardo Inn and it was just a 5 min walk through the neighborhood from Andrews place to the Inn. So convenient. We walked the neighborhood every morning and evening and loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. The house was perfect! Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were great, laundry room was a plus and the kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal. I loved having my coffee on the deck in the morning it was so peaceful. Loved the fireplace and the comfortable sofas. Communication with Andrew was perfect. This was really an ideal ARBNB. Thank You Andrew! We will definitely be back!

We had a absolutely wonderful stay here! The home is so beautifully decorated and all of the furniture is very comfortable! There was everything we needed! The backyard was situated on the golf course and was absolutely gorgeous! We had a wonderful wedding weekend staying here! Thank you so much Andrew for opening your home to us!
