Hosted by A Chalet Collective, specializing in sharing spaces that feel like home. ✶ LIVING ROOM + DINING FLOOR 1✶ As you step into Cooper House, you will enter the heart of the home, which is undoubtedly the cozy living room that's outfitted with a comfortable sofa and arm chair - both perfect for unwinding in front of the Smart TV. The living area also features a bluetooth sound system where you can play your favorite jams. There is also a dining table for four to enjoy meals at home. ✶ KITCHEN FLOOR 1✶ When hunger strikes, the Euro-style kitchen is ready for action. It has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, including sleek appliances and a Euro-style washer-dryer combo unit. The back door opens to our spacious fenced-in backyard. ✶ OUTDOOR AREA FLOOR 1✶ Step outside into the fenced-in backyard and enjoy the sun while grilling on our gas Weber Grill or dine in the fresh air at our bistro table. Whether you start your day with a hot cup of coffee or end it with a glass of wine, this spot is perfection. ✶ BEDROOMS FLOOR 2 + 3✶ The bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors each boast a plush queen bed, ensuring peaceful nights of sleep. Feel the pull of Baltimore's charm as you immerse yourself in each room’s unique decor and color palettes, which reflect the serenity of a sleep sanctuary. The 3rd floor bedroom features a Smart TV and a desk with a monitor for work-from-home days. ✶ BATHROOM FLOOR 2✶ The bathroom, located on the 2nd floor, features custom elements like a tiled shower and marble floor where you can wash away the day. We can't wait to welcome you to Cooper House! ✶ PET POLICY✶ We welcome pets of all sizes and kinds. We require a pet fee, paid before arrival as noted: $35 per day per pet, capped at $200 per stay per pet ✶ PLEASE NOTE ✶ This townhouse features two flights of stairs up to the bedrooms. The stairwell between the first and second floors is open, and all guests must use the railing at all times. Children + elderly must be accompanied. While the third-floor bedroom is private and separate from other rooms and floors, there is no physical door to the top floor. You must be comfortable with stairs. Temperatures vary per floor - first floor is generally cool while third floor is generally the warmest. All requests for early check-in and late check-outs must be brought forth via the booking messaging system and approved by our team. Otherwise, our 4 PM check-in time and 10 AM check-out time stands. You will use your Smart Lock code to access the front door - we have a backup lockbox should the smart lock fail. Please contact hosts as needed. There are townhouses with full-time dwellers on either side of the guest house and you will hear our neighbors from time to time. The townhouse is located in a prime location and parking directly on our street is a challenge after 7 pm. We are family and pet friendly - government issued photo ID required for all guests over 18 to verify age and identity. We only rent to those over age 25.
