Relax with your whole family, with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the endless views, and the beautiful indoors, you will truly have a memorable vacation here.   Highlights include - *   Magnificent Long Range Waterfall View *   Stunning Layer Mountain Views *   Modern and Stylish Kitchen *   Tall Ceilings *   Gorgeous Wooden Beams *   Beautiful Outdoor Decks and Screen Porch What a view!!  ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.   Layered long-range mountain views, change with the light of day (from sunrise to sunset) and are backlit by the sky in pink, orange and blue.   The decks (upper, lower ), dining table, living room, master bedroom and lower living areas- all offer stunning views of the ever-changing green/blue mountain vista. - Living Space - Enter the home easily from the flat driveway directly in front of the house, to a large open plan living space featuring a wall of windows for nature watching.  Sip wine, relax and enjoy, nature puts on a show daily, which is breath-taking to watch.  The spacious open plan living area features a beautiful vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling, cozy wood burning stacked stone fireplace, and large comfortable sofa seating - perfect for watching the fire or game night.  On the outdoor decks there is space for relaxation and a gas grill with views that will wow any bbq chef. :)   At the back, a gorgeous sitting porch offers relaxed seating any time of day. - Kitchen & Dining - The well-appointed open plan kitchen allows chefs to create meal magic, without missing any of the fun.  The charming kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and has counter seating for 3.  Guests can also find a coffee and tea bar, with Keurig and drip coffee makers and electric kettle.  The indoor dining room is adjacent and seats 6.  Outside on the deck, a second dining area offers fantastic views and beautifully appointed seating. - Beds & Bathrooms - The primary bedroom is on the main floor (queen bed) and has an attached bathroom.  Upstairs nestled in the trees, is a cozy loft space with 2 twin beds and space for relaxing.  On the terrace level, are two additional bedrooms (king bed and queen bed ) which share a beautifully updated jack and jill bathroom.  There is an additional half bath in the entry area. || Beautiful mountainside retreat with extraordinary views! With seven mountains and five lakes, the community has a beautiful backdrop for its three championship golf courses, fourteen tennis courts, three swimming pools (one Big indoor), swimming lake (with beach, paddle boats, canoes, & paddle boards), stunning mountain lake (with marina, fishing & rental pontoon boats) and first class wellness center and basketball court. As a renter, you have access to all of the Big Canoe amenities paid directly for each amenity. I'm sorry, but we do not offer any passes with the rental. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 8 people overnight in the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. RESORT-LIKE AMENITIES: We have 3 golf courses, 5 lakes, hiking trails, a wellness center, yoga, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, saline whirlpool, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce courts, Jeep Trail, dog park, beach, water slide. PARKING: Easy access to home- from the driveway and parking area directly in front. Room to park multiple cars. FIREPLACE: Is wood burning (not gas), guests are welcome to bring firelog or firewood. **CLEANING PROTOCOLS**   A housekeeping fee will be included on all reservations. This fee will vary in price based on the size of the property. The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Please inspect it at check in and call housekeeping at in the event something is unsatisfactory. As we will send housekeeping back to the property to re-clean the reported areas, no refunds will be given for housekeeping issues. There is no fee within the first 24 hours to return and address the issue.  All cleaning is done by professionals who use advanced cleaning practices and disinfectants.  We maintain excellent cleaning standards and pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests, with photos of each room to ensure clean is up to highest standards.  We fight fabricated claims for discounts with our extensive documentation on the house and post names to web for the protection of other hosts. :-)  This beautiful home is not pet friendly.  :-) TV: This home proudly offers YouTubeTV for live TV, sports games and streaming service.  You can also sign into your own apps. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Big Canoe to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 30 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 30 or older. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before.
