My son and I wanted to escape the brutal heat in Phoenix and spent 7 weeks at Misti's place. I cannot say enough about being home away from home! There is a huge TV and plenty of channels! The internet was awesome and fast! Everything was perfect! The chickens were an added pleasure and will steal your heart, hated to leave them! There is ample and secure parking for all your RV and Rec vehicles so you can keep them close to explore the Mogollon Rim. The restaurants in Payson are divine! Delicious Cafe, Macky's and La Sierra were our favorites. We even dined at Fargo's (impressive). While many like El Rancho and Buffalo Saloon we were not really impressed. You'll get the best breakfast ever at Beeline Cafe. Pizza delivery from Rosati's always fills your tummy. But if you want to test your culinary skills the home has everything you could need. Fully stocked and if there is something you need the grocery stores are very close.

The whole family spent a weekend there and we all love the place. It’s super clean and spacious. We had fresh eggs directly from the chicken house and the eggs are very delicious! The house has everything we need including a lot of toys and painting tools for kids. My son really enjoys staying there. We consider to book it again in summer.

Loved staying at this charming spot! The large fenced in yard felt very private. We cooked a meal at the house and enjoyed it in her backyard as my son played with her chickens. Place was super clean and the beds were comfy. The home is close to the best hiking trail in Payson (Boulder Trail at the end of Phoenix street) and we also loved taking my son to the big park down the street! There were tons of great restaurants in the area too. Payson is such a special town and we cannot wait to come back. Misty's communication throughout the whole stay was excellent and couldn't have asked for anything better.
