This was our first Airbnb experience. So thankful for Suzanne and our accommodations. She responded within minutes to anything I asked about or brought to her attention. Felt like I was borrowing a friend’s house for the week. House came with extras like welcome basket and plenty of paper products and soap. Nothing like the horror stories I’ve read in other reviews on Airbnb. Unfortunately the refrigerator chose the first day of our rental week to stop working. Guess what? Suzanne had a new one delivered the following day! I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or at risk of being scammed or overcharged. We respected the property and left it in good shape. Suzanne took care of any additional fees that I thought we might be responsible for regarding the pool or resort, etc. I just instantly felt like we were in good hands from the first contact I had with her. Want a care free vacation and peace of mind? Then I recommend booking one of Suzanne’s properties. No joke.

this house has something for everyone in the family. I see all the rave reviews about the movie room and they are well deserved! it's great! the house is extremely spacious. the outside space is very comfy! the pool/ hot tub are great too! the resort pool/ amenities are great too... though it does get a little crowded at times. my family had such a nice visit and we would definitely come back. Suzanne is a wonderful host and very helpful.

Suzanne is SO responsive, which I appreciated. The pool was nice and we had plenty of space for our party of 7.

A great place to stay if you’re visiting Disney or Universal! Close commute! Great movie room & other amenities!
